5 polishing sponges with Velcro fastenings, 80mm

The set includes sponges of varying hardness and texture, allowing you to carry out all stages of polishing.

Set features:

• Set of 80mm diameter paint polishing sponges
• Sponges of varying hardness and texture, offering high polishing efficiency - the ability to select the optimal sponge for a given task (type of polishing compound used, polishing method, shape of the surface being polished, degree of damage/scratching to the paintwork)
• Attached to the shock-absorbing head via Velcro

Each sponge has a different hardness, making it suitable for cleaning different types of surface. Below is a list showing examples of the uses for each:

• Black – soft sponge. Used for finishing polish, bringing out the shine and full colour of the paintwork.
• Blue – soft sponge, for finishing polish. It is indispensable for removing the holographic effect caused by initial polishing and buffing, even on dark colours.
• Red – its texture makes it ideal for use with polishing compounds of medium abrasive strength. It eliminates paintwork defects and ensures a good finish. It spreads the polishing compound, reducing residues left over from initial polishing.
• Orange – for use in polishing all painted surfaces. It works perfectly with high-gloss paints, UV paints, mineral materials and acrylic glass. It is ideal for removing the so-called ‘orange peel’ effect and achieving a high-gloss finish.
• Green – used for applying and pre-polishing paintwork. It enhances the abrasive properties of aggressive polishing products.
