The T-type quick-connect terminal is an electrical connector designed for the quick and safe connection of insulated wires,

Simply push the insulated wires into the metal insert, snap the cover shut and squeeze with standard pliers; then attach the connector to the terminal block to create a ‘branch’ from the connection.

Once the connection has been made correctly, the wires are crimped into the metal connector to form a permanent connection, and an additional load can be connected to the connector.

Type T quick-connect branch connectors are products designed for low-voltage installations (12–24 V) and are most commonly used in the automotive industry.

These connectors are used for quick connection of wires.

Installation:

• Insert both wires into the connector.
• Press the metal insert into place using pliers.
• Snap the cover into place.

Note: The installation does not require the insulation to be stripped from the wires.
