The T-type quick-connect fitting is an electrical connector designed for the quick and safe connection of insulated wires,

Simply push the insulated wires into the metal insert, snap the cover into place and squeeze with a standard pair of pliers; then attach a connector to the terminal to create a ‘branch’ from the connection.

Once the connection has been made correctly, the wires are crimped into the metal connector to form a permanent connection, and an additional load can be connected to the connector.

Type T quick-connect branch connectors are products designed for low-voltage installations (12–24 V) and are most commonly used in the automotive industry.

These connectors are used for quick wiring connections.

Installation:

• Insert both wires into the connector.
• Press the metal insert into place using pliers.
• Snap the cover into place.

Note: The installation does not require the insulation to be stripped from the wires.
