The T-type quick-connect fitting is an electrical connector designed for the quick and safe connection of insulated wires;

Simply push the insulated wires into the metal insert, snap the cover into place and squeeze with standard pliers; then attach a connector to the terminal block to create a ‘branch’ from the connection.

Once the connection has been made correctly, the wires are pressed into the metal connector, forming a permanent connection, and an additional load can be connected to the connector.

Type T quick-connect branch connectors are products designed for low-voltage installations (12–24 V) and are most commonly used in the automotive industry.

The connectors are designed for the rapid connection of cables.

Installation:

• Insert both wires into the connector.
• Press the metal insert into place using pliers.
• Snap the cover into place.

Note: The installation does not require the insulation to be stripped from the wires.
